Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) – Institute of Logistics, in partnership with McKinsey, hosted the prestigious Supply Chain and Logistics Excellence (SCALE) Awards 2021. These awards were instituted by the CII to honour companies focused on growth through supply chain optimization and innovation in the logistics industry.

Essar Ports has received the accolade for being the Best Terminal Operator – Seaport under the Logistic Service Providers (LSP) category. Essar Ports was chosen among a list of other Port Operators and leading players in India. During the Case Study rounds, Essar Ports showcased their innovative approach, state-of-the-art facilities and sustainable practices to a distinguished panel of jury members.

The Award also recognised Essar Ports’ efforts for sustaining the growth impetus in the Logistics sector through uninterrupted services and resilience during the pandemic disruption.
